Policies

| Pet
quality males sell for $750 and are neutered. Female kittens are
spayed and sell for $800. Exceptional quality kittens may be purchased
as pets, show alters, and/or breeding show cats. Naturally their
prices are higher. Included with the purchase of the kitten is spay,
microchipping, frameable pedigree chart, health record documenting two
vaccinations and dewormer, TICA registration papers and a kitty "Going
Home" package. All kittens are sold with a written contract that
outlines your rights and our responsibilities. We do not allow declawing
of our cats, and we insist they be indoor cats only. We expect you
will provide adequate Veterinary care in times of need. Our kittens/cats
must be returned to us if you cannot, or do not want to keep them.
We will accept a return and assure it is placed in a loving home.
We have a pro-rated refund policy if your kitten/cat is young enough to
be resold. Awareness on our part of any breach of contract will result
in our reclaiming the kitten/cat with no remuneration. |

| Purchasers
are supplied with a written contract that guarantees the health of the
kitten to be good at the time of placement. A health record is supplied.
Kittens are weaned, eating regular kitten food on their own and are litter
trained. Usually, kittens have received two vaccines and a dewormer
prior to going to your home. We will also replace your kitten if
any congenital health issue occurs in the first three years. We provide
your kittens' frameable pedigree chart and registration papers to register
them with TICA. We are available any time for questions you may have
about raising your kitten and to assist with any behavioral issues that
may arise. |

| If
you purchase a cat from us for breeding purposes we guarantee their fertility
(age and medical requirements apply). We also guarantee they are
in good health, and have no congenital faults. Your cat will be replaced
with one of equal quality in the event one of these problems arise.
If you are interested in a kitten from a particular planned breeding, please
contact us as soon as you can to make a reservation. We place our
breeding cats in approved catteries only. We do not allow our queens
to be bred more than twice a year or with any other type of cat except
pedigree Bengal cats. We have requirements on housing of our studs. |

| Cats
that are sold for show (and usually for breeding also) routinely are kept
long enough at Aspengold to be shown as a kitten. It is then that
we can say with confidence that the cat has the potential to win at shows.
We do not, and cannot, guarantee additional wins due to the fact there
are so many variables involved in showing, such as grooming, nutrition,
competition, location, health, and number of shows entered. |

times we have retired show/breeder quality cats available. These
cats are spayed or neutered and sell for pet prices. |
